Topic: Infection (“Flu,” “COVID-19,” etc.):

The “fear of infection” can actually trigger a weather conflict in oneself if one has been too close to someone with flu symptoms or similar. This is because there is an “invisible danger” that one tries to sense in order to avoid it.

For the past 15 years, I’ve been trying to catch illnesses from sick people (sleeping in the same bed when one of my kids is sick, hugging sick people, etc.), but it’s never worked—though I’m also convinced that it doesn’t work this way, so I don’t trigger SBS.

Has anyone noticed that they used to “catch” this all the time—before learning about 5BN—and that it suddenly stopped once they became convinced of 5BN?
